The 5th amendment not only says a person doesn't have to incriminate themselves it also says a defendant has the "right" to testify or not.

I'm just guessing here, but the constitution is probably not the strong suit of an illegal immigrant lover.

If he does testify, it's his choice and his choice only.

Everyone knows that. Conway is just questioning Trump not wanting to testify. I don't think Trump should testify. It would go poorly. He gains nothing by doing so.

You mean other than the fact that he was a conservative lawyer who graduated from Harvard and Yale and represented Paula Jones in her lawsuit against Bill Clinton, or that he once won a securities case 8-0 before the Supreme Court?
