Powell had scoring receptions of 23 and 52 yards and returned a kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown.

“It was actually kind of bittersweet for me,” Powell told TigerNet after the game. “This is the last first game of my high school career, and that has kind of hit home for me. But it’s also good to get out there and get off to a good start in my senior season. I think I am going to have a good year.”
