Josh Briscoe still plans on enrolling in January. However, he is no longer considering two schools and has replaced them in his top four.
"I have cancelled my visits to Maryland and Georgia. I will now go to NC State and Georgia Tech. On October 16 I will be at Georgia Tech and October 23 I will be at NC State. There is nothing wrong with Maryland and Georgia. I have a lot of respect for both programs. It was just a decision I felt was in my best interest. My decision will come shortly after my NC State visit."
After Briscoe's official visit to Clemson, he took a trip to Tennessee for his second official visit.
"Tennessee was great. It was equal with my Clemson visit. I cannot separate the two. Both are great schools and have a lot young talent. The futures are bright. I think I would be happy playing in either shade of orange."
The season has started off well for Briscoe. His team is 5-1, and he has 21 catches for 471 yards and two touchdowns.
