Two Tigers named to Shrine Bowl rosters

The 2017 Shrine Bowl rosters for the 81st Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas was released this week and two Clemson commits were included with linebacker Jake Venables and athlete Derion Kendrick.

Other notables on the South Carolina team include Clemson offensive line target Jordan McFadden and Gamecock quarterback commit Dakereon Joyner.

Clemson commits Josh Belk, B.T. Potter, and Braden Galloway were all left off the Sandlapper's team as Potter and Belk will be participating in the U.S. Army All-American game.

No Clemson commits were named on the NC team but Clemson defensive end K.J. Henry was included on the prestigious list.
