Larry Cox announced his top three back during the summer of Clemson, Maryland, and Georgia. Now he has removed Georgia from his top three replacing them with Florida.

"Georgia has probably fallen out of my top three. I like Clemson, Maryland, and Florida right now. Florida may be a slight leader over Clemson."

Cox says that there are still some other schools out there that he may look, but those are the three that he feels the best about right now.

"Clemson gives a everybody a fair chance. I like Coach Hines. He has done a good job recruiting me. He seems like a pretty nice guy. Florida makes you feel at home. They push you to be everything you can be in football and academics. Maryland has really good academics and I think I can play there right away next season."

Cox will be in Death Valley on Saturday for the Tigers matchup against Maryland.

"I am excited about seeing the campus for the first time. I know they have a lot of traditions there, so I know it will be a great visit. It will give me a chance to see both programs at once."

Cox is having a stellar senior campaign. Peach County is 7-1, and they have already wrapped up a region title.
