Height: 5-11   Weight: 196   Hometown: Miami, FL (Miami Edison HS)   Class: 2006

The Tigers will look to add one more weapon to their backfield with 2007 recruiting class. One player, who the Tigers are showing interest in, is Chacon Lee.

Lee is a speedster out of Miami, Florida. He has good size and speed, and he would be a system fit at Clemson. The Tigers have not offered Lee at this point, but he does hold one offer.

"Pittsburgh is my only offer at this point. They have recruited some guys down here before. I think Coach Blackwell from Clemson used to be at Pittsburgh, and he got them started down here."

David Blackwell is very familiar with the South Beach area, and he indeed did make Pittsburgh a presence in Miami. Lee says he does receive mail from Blackwell, and he would be interested in Clemson, if they offered.

"Clemson is an ACC school. They can compete with anybody, and they are on the way up. They have a lot to offer a running back."

We will continue to track Clemson's interest in Lee.
