Got the news earlier today that Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney will talk about early enrollees and financial aid agreements when we meet with him prior to practice Friday. Starting Friday, recruits who project as early enrollees are allowed to sign financial aid agreements with their prospective schools.
These financial aid agreements are non-binding, but the school that receives such an agreement is allowed unlimited contact with the prospect. Also, the schools are allowed to talk about and/or promote these prospects as if they were already on campus.
