Clemson, S.C.—The Clemson football program has received financial aid agreements from seven prominent high school student-athletes. The announcement was made Thursday by Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney. All seven are expected to enroll in Clemson University in January, 2018.

The list includes defensive tackle Josh Belk of Fort Lawn, S.C. and Lewisville High School; tight end Braden Galloway of Anderson, S.C. and Seneca High School; defensive tackle Darnell Jefferies of Covington, Ga., and Newton High School; and linebacker Mike Jones, Jr. of Nashville, Tenn. who attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.

The group also includes receiver Derion Kendrick of Rock Hill, S.C. and South Pointe High School; quarterback Trevor Lawrence of Cartersville, Ga. and Cartersville High School; and defensive lineman Xavier Thomas of Florence, S.C. who attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
