6-1, 160-pound right-handed power pitcher Davis Agle has committed to Clemson on Wednesday night according to his Twitter account.
Agle was 6-4 with a 5.18 ERA with 38 strikeouts in 40 innings at Spartanburg Methodist last season. He was drafted in the 27th round (#797 pick) by the Philadelphia Phillies but turned it down. He is a converted position player that has a very lively arm with a fastball that has been clocked up to 95. Blessed to say I have committed to Clemson university after my sophomore year. #gotigers ?? pic.twitter.com/OSpxoDOTAA
