– Bryant had five tackles, three tackles for loss, two sacks and forced a fumble in Thomas County’s 42-0 win over Riverdale. The Riverdale quarterback had negative 31 yards, and Thomas County head coach Bill Shaver told the Times Enterprise that Riverdale couldn’t stop Bryant.

“Our defensive ends, they can’t block those two guys,” Shaver said. “So it was one where they tried to spread it out early and they saw real quick they couldn’t block 7 (Bryant) and 87 (Matthew Prather) and then they had to basically pack it in there and keep those guys from getting on the quarterback. So those were two really special players for us and they set the tone tonight.”
