Height: 6-5   Weight: 245   Hometown: Jacksonville, FL (First Coast HS)   Class: 2005
ESPN: NR

Paul Muse was an early commitment for the Tigers. The Jacksonville native made it to the Georgia Tech game last weekend.

"It was fun. We got there, there was a lot of traffic. We didn't get to meet with Swinney. We walked through the practice facility."

Muse is expecting to come in next year, and fill in the void left by Ben Hall after he graduates.

"We went on to the field during pre-game. I got to talk with Ben Hall. I told him to go make his money, because I was coming next year to take year."

At the game, Muse got to meet with CJ Byrd and several other recruits.

"Coach Blackwell introduced me to CJ and several other recruits. CJ was real quiet. They were all nice people. I have been trying to recruit people to come to Clemson, ever since I committed, especially Ryan (Stamper)."

Muse says his teammate, Stamper, remains even between Auburn and Clemson. Muse will try and make the Tigers game against FSU on September 25. In the meantime, he was been getting ready for his own rivalry game this Friday night.

"We play our rival this Friday night. Everyone is getting geared up. The hurricanes have forced us into running the ball more. I am looking forward to playing some games in good weather, where I can be involved in the passing game. So far, I have just been doing my best to open up holes for my running backs."
