Davis, the No. 17-ranked running back in the nation, was previously committed to Florida but he backed off the Gators a few weeks ago. He's already made an official visit to Tennessee.

Davis made an unofficial visit to Georgia Thursday, before heading south for his official visit to FSU this weekend.

Davis, the younger brother of former Clemson running back James Davis, also has official visits lined up for South Carolina (Jan. 13), Georgia (Jan. 20) and Clemson (Jan. 27).

Davis rushed for 1,923 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior at Stephenson. Rushed for 1,200 yards rushing, 14 TDs, one on a kickoff return as a junior. Brother of former Tiger running back James Davis. The youngest of five siblings and ”the baby” in the Davis clan. Mike is seven years younger than James.
