Williams, a Clemson commitment, had more than 300 yards of offense prior to the injury, which resulted in an “eerie quiet” at the stadium, Schneider said, as the specifics of the injury weren’t known until Williams was taken to the hospital.
“He’s doing good,” Schneider said. “They think he’ll be OK to play next week. Any time anybody (gets hurt), it can put things in perspective.”
