View Full Profile (Miami, Fla./Norland) switched his commitment from Miami-FL to Illinois Wednesday night, multiple sources report. Brown made an official visit for the weekend of October 11th.

Despite the commitment to Miami, he considered other programs for some time. Florida State, Florida, South Florida, Georgia, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Rutgers, Clemson, Wisconsin, Alabama, Purdue, Texas Tech, Central Florida and Florida International also offered.

Brown came to Clemson for an official visit on September 23rd for the Florida State and at that time the Tigers appeared to have the lead for Brown if he decided to decommit from Miami.
