Roper is the second to fax over his National LOI in so far today.

Led Irmo to a 27-3 record and a AAAA state championship. Roper averaged 20 points and 4 assists per game last season.

Big time scorer for his team. Needs to add weight for the college level. Has a nice lefty jumper and dictates tempo on both ends of the court because of his quickness.
