Clemson will lose two three year starters at linebacker after this season. Anthony Waters and Tramaine Billie have made their presence felt in returning Clemson linebackers back to the top of the ACC. Their shoes will not be easily filled.
Clemson will sign 2-3 linebackers in this class. The Tigers are in good shape with South Carolina linebackers Stanley Hunter and Scotty Cooper. The Tigers along with other ACC schools are starting to show interest in Terence Fells-Danzer. Fells-Danzer has been offered by Virginia and Virginia Tech, but more offers are likely to be on the way. "Virginia and Virginia Tech have offered. Tech offered me last week. It is nice to have the option to pick between both in-state schools. Both have great football programs and are good schools. I am getting mail from Kansas State, Clemson, West Virginia, and Florida State." Fells-Danzer has good size and he runs well. His offer sheet could shoot up during the month of May. "Schools say like how I can be physical, and just take a game over. I love making the big hit. My speed catches a lot of teams off guard, because they do not think I am that fast. I want to find the ball on every play." Fells-Danzer will spend part of his summer in Spain taking an AP-Spanish course. At this time, he does not claim any favorites.
