Five-star linebacker Travis Hughes has narrowed his list to three schools - Maryland, Virginia Tech and North Carolina. According to reports he will make his announcement on December 18.
It was thought Clemson had a good chance to land Hughes because he could expect early playing time, and he is very close to current Tiger Tajh Boyd. Hughes has a brother that plays for Maryland.
