Hivera Green - Defensive Line
Height: 6-5   Weight: 270   Hometown: Conway, SC (Conway HS)   Class: 2005
ESPN: NR

Hivera Green is most highly sought after defensive lineman in South Carolina this year. Green made his first official visit to South Carolina this past weekend.

"The trip went well. I went there with Bobby (Wallace). I did not commit to them. Noah Whiteside was my player host. We had a pretty good time. I am still wide open between Clemson, Virginia Tech, and South Carolina."

Co-defensive coordinators Tyrone Nix and John Thompson are recruiting Green for the Gamecocks.

Green was scheduled to visit Clemson on January 14 and Virginia Tech on January 21, but has changed the date of his Virginia Tech visit.

"I am changing my visit to Virginia Tech to January 28. I just had some things going on, and will not be able to go to Blacksburg on the January 21."
