is part of Lithonia-to-South Carolina pipeline (AJC) However, Johnson said while he is 100-percent committed to South Carolina, he will still visit other schools. He wants to check out Alabama, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Auburn and UGA, among others.
Johnson, who will be a hybrid position of defensive end and linebacker at South Carolina, has been thinking about committing to South Carolina for awhile. “I’ve been going back and forth about ‘Should I commit? Should I do it?’ They were my first offer, I like it there, and my friends are there. I just felt like it was the right time to go ahead and do it.”
