There are not many athletes in the country that are more versatile than Bryan Thomas. He played defensive back, safety, running back, and wide receiver during his junior campaign. He also returned kicks and punts.
"I love being on the field. I just want to be able to help my teammates anyway I can. If it calls for me playing 60 plays or more, I will do it. That is why I running and lifting to get myself in the best shape I have ever been in." There is not a shortage of schools, who like Thomas' versatility. Florida, Clemson, South Carolina, Iowa, UCONN, West Virginia, Ohio State, Tennessee, and a few others have already offered Thomas. "I am wide open to all of the schools that have offered, and a couple that are close to offering me. There is not a timeframe for when I will narrow it down or make a decision." Clemson offered Thomas during in early May. Defensive back is an area of need for 2006, and Thomas is clearly one of the top targets on the board.
