Another recent camp standout and fast-rising prospect
has announced a Clemson offer.
Apopka, Florida WDE/OLB prospect Rian Davis now has a Clemson offer - not far removed from earning linebacker MVP honors at the Adidas 3 Stripe Camp in Orlando last month. In February, Davis, who earned all-district honors last season at Houston’s Clear Lake High School before returning to Florida for his senior season, also picked up offers from Nebraska, Baylor, Pittsburgh, Minnesota and Maryland this month, to go with similar interest from Maryland, Arizona, Louisville, Miami, Utah, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma State, Houston, Arkansas and Indiana. Davis posted 94 tackles, 15 for loss, with five sacks, two interceptions and two fumble-recovering touchdowns. Davis' teammate, 4-star Wekiva HS defensive tackle Tyler Davis, also received a Clemson offer not long after earning defensive line MVP honors at the 'Opening' camp in Miami last month.
