Etta Etta-Tawo - Defensive Line
Height: 6-4   Weight: 285   Hometown: Powder Springs, GA (McEachern HS)   Class: 2005
ESPN: NR

Etta Etta-Tawo was a participant in the Georgia All Star game before Christmas. Etta-Tawo is one of top defensive lineman in the peach state. He has good size and speed for a defensive tackle running a sub five forty.

"I had a lot of fun at the all star game. It was a big honor for me to be selected, because I understand how much talent there is out there. It was just nice to know that my hard work didn't go unnotice. I got to speak with Antonio Clay and Ramon McElrathbey. Ramon I know is committed, and I wanted to talk Clemson up to Antonio. Clemson has a shot with him."

Etta-Tawo quickly shot down the idea that he may take other visits. His commitment is very firm to Clemson.

"I am not going to take any other official visits. Nothing is going to change my mind. I am going to Clemson. It is a great fit for me. I will make my official visit to Clemson on January 14 and that is it. Dorrell Scott is going to be my player host. He is a freshmen defensive tackle, so I am looking forward to that."

While Etta-Tawo knows it will be hard, he plans to make every effort to make it on the field next year.

"I am going to play defensive tackle. There is a lot of good players there already at defensive line, so I know it will be tough for me to play early. However, that does not mean that I won't go all out to get on the field. In the end, I know the coaches will do what is best for me."
