Etta Etta-Tawo has stated in previous interviews that while it will be tough to get early playing time next season that he will work to avoid a redshirt.

"I am going to really work hard in the weight room this off-season. My conditioning will be a big focus as well."

Right now, Etta-Tawo is bench pressing 320 pounds and squatting 510 pounds. Etta-Tawo is projected to start out as a defensive tackle. This weekend Etta-Tawo will make his official visit to Clemson.

"It is going to be a great weekend. I cannot wait to get up there and meet my teammates. Dorrel Scott is going to be my player host. I didn't get to meet him at the games, but I know it is going to be a lot of fun. Coach West called me today and filled me in on all the background information."

Etta-Tawo told us tonight that Clemson is the only school that he is still receiving phone calls from. He is one of 22 official visitors we have confirmed for this weekend.
