"We came out with a whole new philosophy tonight and we had three days to put it in," he said. "We decided that we had to spread the ball out and throw it and we haven't practiced that in four years.

"…We had planned all along to run behind Patrick. He's banged up and we don't know when we're going to get him back. We had no choice but to change. We need to spread the ball around and feature our quarterback (Trey Robinson) and, hopefully, that will open up Raymond more. We have to find ways to get the ball to Raymond and with a few of our linemen hurt, it's pretty tough right now."

After Friday's 28-16 loss to Greenwood, Dorman is now 0-3 and off to its worse start since 1983.
