Clemson has offered 4-star 2018 cornerback Jaycee Horn from Alpharetta, GA (Alpharetta) on Monday according to his Twitter account.
Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University!" Horn posted. The Tennessee commit has nationals offers from Alabama, App State, Auburn, Clemson, Duke, East Carolina, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Iowa State, LSU, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Carolina, Syracuse, Tulane, UAB, Utah, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia. As a junior, he had 29 tackles, seven interceptions, and 25 pass breakups. He is being recruited by Clemson at safety. His father Joe Horn was a four-time Pro Bowler with the New Orleans Saints and a member of the team's Hall of Fame. He had 603 receptions for 8,744 yards and 58 touchdowns during his career. Let's be honest as the Tennessee football program is a dumpster fire after Georgia embarrassed them 41-0 at Neyland Stadium over the weekend. Volunteer recruits are probably thinking about jumping ship after committing to Butch Jones who is on the hot seat with their fans and administration.
