Clemson has offered 3-star 2016 safety and Florida commit Spencer Perry from Bradenton, Florida on Wednesday according to his twitter account.

Perry plays for powerhouse IMG Academy and teammates with Clemson commits T.J. Chase and Rahshaun Smith.

TigerNet talked to Perry on Thursday morning and he was very thankful for the Clemson offer. He said he was excited because "Mike Reed is my type of coach." He plans to visit Clemson in the near future.

His offers include Arizona, Auburn, Clemson, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Memphis, Michigan, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, Southern Mississippi and Vanderbilt.
