Clemson has offered 2016 wide receiver Binijimen Victor from Coconut Creek, FL according to his twitter account.
He has offers from Cincinnati, Clemson, East Carolina, Louisville, Miami, Ohio State, Syracuse, Temple, UCF, West Virginia and others. Miami was the first school to offer. Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables offered four players on the Coconut Creek team today. Just got an OFFER from Clemson blessed???? #GO #TIGERS
