Clemson has offered 4-star cornerback Lavert Hill, from Detroit, Michigan on Monday according to his Twitter account.
Hill decommitted from Penn State on Nov. 29 after thinking that he had committed too early in the recruiting process. The consensus 4-star defensive back recruit has been participating at practice for the U.S. Army-American game the last few days. He plans to visit Southern California on Jan. 15, Miami on Jan. 29 and will reportedly announce on National Signing day. He has offers from Arizona, Cincinnati, Clemson, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, Temple, Tennessee, Texas, UCLA, USC, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
