Clemson has offered 4-star 2019 outside linebacker Shammond Cooper from Saint Louis, MO (Trinity Catholic) on Wednesday night according to his Twitter account.

"Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson," Cooper posted.

Cooper is the teammate of 4-star athlete Isaiah Williams that was offered by the Tigers on Tuesday as well.

He has national offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Bowling Green, Clemson, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State, Kentucky, LSU, Memphis, Michigan State, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Northern Illinois, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Syracuse, and Wisconsin. He grew up a fan of Missouri.

As a sophomore, he had an impressive 141 tackles, seven tackles for loss, four sacks, and an interception returned for a touchdown. He was named All-State for his football play in helping lead his team to a 12-1 record. In two seasons at the varsity level, he already has 259 tackles, ten tackles for loss, and five sacks.
