Clemson has offered 3-star small forward
Robert Baker
Baker watched the Tiger's impressive win against Virginia Tech on Saturday and was offered while on the unofficial visit. He has offers from Clemson, George Mason, Middle Tennessee State, Richmond, Stanford, Tennessee Tech, Texas A&M, UAB, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest. He is the #8th overall player in the 2016 Georgia Hoops 60 rankings. Baker has tremendous wingspan, agility, motor and rebounding skills for the small forward position. He has potential to be highly productive in college but needs to work on his three point shooting and get stronger for the rigors of guarding legit forwards in college. He has played varsity basketball at the Walker School since he was a freshman. An interesting tidbit is that Baker wears a size 17 shoe in high school and has the potential to grew an inch or two more. Here is a scouting report from ESPN: “Baker is a long and skilled combination forward that is a true match up problem. He runs the floor well and can not only get to the rim he can stop and pop on the wing or from the high post area. Baker can also knock down the open three.” Huge thank you to Clemson Basketball and @Coach_Brownell for offering me a scholarship today!! #GoTigers #ACC pic.twitter.com/DKLEgzwU5pRobert Baker
