4-star 2018 wide receiver Jacob Copeland from Pensacola, Florida (Pine Forest HS) has Clemson in his top group according to his Twitter account.
"I'd like to thank each and every one of the coaches that gave me the opportunity to further my education and football career at their school," Copeland tweeted. "I'd also like to thanks my family, coaches, and most importantly God for guiding me through this recruiting process and helping me narrow down my list." His top ten schools were Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Kentucky, Miami, Michigan and Mississippi State. Copeland has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Buffalo, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Memphis, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, Mississippi State, North Carolina State, Oregon State, South Alabama, Tennessee, UCF and West Virginia. Clemson offered on 5/5/16. TigerNet spoke with Copeland back in May after he received the offer from Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables. "It's a great feeling to have all these offers," Copeland said. The two offers that surprised him the most so far in his recruitment have been Clemson and Florida State. "Clemson made it to the National Championship and Florida State is just a dream school," Copeland said. The 4-star playmaker said that the 2016 Dabo Swinney Football camp is the first camp that he will be participating in and wants to make a statement to the coaching staff. "I just want to show them I am explosive, and I am the best receiver that they have ever offered," Copeland said. Top ????#BlessUp ???? pic.twitter.com/6EcWAMYVNd
