3-star 2017 cornerback, Jacobe Clement from Charlotte, North Carolina (Mallard Creek HS) has Clemson in his top group on Wednesday according to his Twitter account.
Clement has offers from Charlotte, Clemson, East Carolina, Kansas State, Miami(OH), North Carolina, North Carolina State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia. The Wolfpack were the first to offer, and he grew up a fan of the Sunshine state schools in Florida and Florida State.
