Clemson 2015 defensive back commit Juwuan Briscoe received an offer from Oklahoma on Thursday according to his twitter account.
So far this season, Briscoe has rushed for 900 yards and 14 touchdowns in eight games. As a junior, he had 162 carries for 1023 yards, and 14 touchdowns.
