4-star 2017 running back Cordarrian Richardson from Memphis, TN has decommitted from Clemson on Friday according to his Twitter account.
"After a long time thinking and talking to my mother and coaches about this decision, I've decided that I'll re-open my recruitment," Richardson tweeted. "Clemson is not out of conclusion and I consider them a priority. I will not make any further comments and I ask that you respect my family and I during this process." Richardson is a consensus 4-star running back recruit by all the major recruiting services. He is a powerful bruising type running back with great speed and was the only running back committed in the 2017 class. He was named state title Class 2A Offensive MVP in 2015 as he ran for 342 yards on 41 carries to win the 2A state title 40-35 over Marion County and it was Trezevant high school's first ever state title. For the season, he had 2,239 yards with 18 rushing touchdowns and five more scores on punt returns. No comment
