Bart Houston, De La Salle (Concord, Calif.) Chad Kelly, St. Joseph’s (Buffalo. N.Y.) Zach Kline, San Ramon Valley (Danville, Calif.) Jeff Lindquist, Mercer Island (Mercer Island, Wash.) Tanner Mangum, Eagle (Eagle, Idaho) -- MVP Zeke Pike, Dixie Heights (Fort Mitchell, Ky.) Chad Voytik, Cleveland (Cleveland, Tenn.) Jameis Winston, Hueytown (Hueytown, Ala.) -- MVP UPDATE: From Chad Kelly: "Made the elite 11. One of the top Qbs in the nation can't wait to get back to my team and keep working hard." As a junior, Kelly ran 86 times for 1,057 yards and 15 touchdowns. He completed 137-of-249 passes for 2,159 yards with 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions. No other New York player has rushed for more than 1,000 yards and passed for more 2,000 yards in the same season.
MALIBU, Calif. -- After five days of competition, 24 quarterbacks have been narrowed to 11. On the final day of the Elite 11 camp here, coaches have named the Elite 11 quarterbacks and the MVPs. MVP honors went to Tanner Mangum, Jameis Winston and Neal Burcham. Mangum was also named MVP by the college counselors.
