MALIBU, Calif. -- After five days of competition, 24 quarterbacks have been narrowed to 11. On the final day of the Elite 11 camp here, coaches have named the Elite 11 quarterbacks and the MVPs. MVP honors went to Tanner Mangum, Jameis Winston and Neal Burcham. Mangum was also named MVP by the college counselors.

The 2011 Elite 11 quarterbacks are, in alphabetical order:

Austin Appleby, Hoover (North Canton, Ohio)
Neal Burcham, Greenbrier Greenbrier, Ark.) -- MVP
Shane Dillon, El Cajon Christian (El Cajon, Calif.)

As a junior, Kelly ran 86 times for 1,057 yards and 15 touchdowns. He completed 137-of-249 passes for 2,159 yards with 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions. No other New York player has rushed for more than 1,000 yards and passed for more 2,000 yards in the same season.
