Certainly Watson will be talked about amongst those standouts, as the Clemson commit is also set to visit Tennessee, Georgia and Florida -- amongst other schools -- over the coming weeks. Watson and Payne also spent this weekend competing at the IMG Madden National 7-on-7 Championship after impressing Cam Newton at the NFL quarterback’s own foundation 7-on-7 tournament in Atlanta in early June.
“Cam Newton selected me and Fred himself to go and represent team Georgia (with other standouts from the state),” Watson said after Gainesville competed at the tournament.
