Kelly has national offers from Alabama, Auburn, Central Florida, Clemson, Central Florida, Coastal Carolina, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Navy, North Carolina State, Old Dominion, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Stanford, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee, UCF, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, and others.

Kelly is a 4-star recruit by all the major recruiting services and has a 4.72 TigerNet ranking.

He has excellent grades and wants to study in the medical field in college.
