“It was good,” he said of the visit. “I got to chill with one of the players, (former Allendale-Fairfax star) Bashaud Breeland, and I talked to the coaches and took a tour of the school.”
Clemson assistant Marion Hobby is working as Williams’ recruiter. While on the visit, Williams said he also met with Tigers’ head coach Dabo Swinney as well as wide receivers coach Jeff Scott.
“They told me I could come to Clemson, play my freshman year, learn from Sammy (Watkins) and all the people that are there and hopefully break some records.”
