let out a big howl Friday night. The senior announced his intention to play football at NC State next season.
Hooker had narrowed his list of schools down to NC State, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech. He called the Wolfpack coaching staff Friday night to give them the news.
"That's where my heart wanted to be," Hooker said. "They were the first school to offer me. Coach [Tom] O'Brien and his staff have a demeanor second to none. They always have my respect."
As a junior, he had 79 tackles, seven sacks, seven forced fumbles, five blocked kicks, and 15 quarterback hurries. NC State offered him as a sophomore. Played well at the Durham NFTC. #23 rated player and 4 star recruit based on the 2012 AthleteVault NC/SC Rankings.
