Colleges have taken notice of the 6-4, 205-pound high jumper. South Carolina, Clemson and Georgia have offered Williams, who had 42 receptions a season ago.

Williams is about as close a thing to an Elite 11 lock as there is. There doesn't figure to be as explosive a play maker at the wide receiver position in The T&D Region this year and that is saying a lot.

Good thing for Carolina and Clemson fans, Williams has given indication that he prefers to play college ball close to home.
