Lewis decommitted from UCLA a few months ago because of family reasons. Since then, he has reopened his recruitment to other schools.

He has offers from Arizona State, Clemson, Connecticut, East Carolina, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Louisville, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, N.C. State, Ohio State, Old Dominion, Oregon, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, UCF, UCLA, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

He is used as a slot receiver and running back in his high school offense. He prefers to play running back or H-back in college.

As a junior, he had 515 yards rushing and 8 scores and also caught 33 passes for 498 yards and 6 touchdowns. On defense, he had 4 interceptions and 7 tackles for loss.

His brother runs track for Miami.
