Watkins caught a 38-yard touchdown pass. So when the former South Fort Myers High star totaled almost 200 yards catching and running against defending national champion Auburn last Saturday, should anybody have been surprised? Well, maybe a little. "We always knew he was a special kid," father James McMiller said. "When he was 8, he could throw a football 25 yards. I told people I thought Sammy could even be better than Deion (Sanders), but I never expected him to go right in and have breakout games. In a top Division I program, you take your bumps and bruises. But he's exceeded my expectations."
