Former Clemson safety Chris Clemons and guard Antonie McClain were waived by the Cardinals on Friday according to ESPN insider Adam Caplan.

In 72 career NFL games, Clemons has 283 tackles, four interceptions, 17 pass deflections, 1.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

The Dolphins drafted Clemons in the fifth round (165th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft.
