will have a workout with the New York Giants starting on Friday according to multiple sources.

The record-breaking college quarterback worked out for the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday after being waived by the Jets back during their final round of cuts on August 30th. Boyd played in two games in the preseason with the Jets, completing 8-of-17 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown. He was selected by the New York Jets with the 213th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL draft.

In his college career at Clemson, Boyd passed for 11,904 yards with a 64.3% completion rate, 107 touchdowns and 39 interceptions. He also rushed for 1,100 yards and another 26 scores on the ground.
