Clemson sophomore quarterback Deshaun Watson was ranked the #2 player in the ACC on Monday morning according to Athlon Sports' Experts Poll.

In his rookie campaign, Watson completed 67.9% of his passes for 1,466 yards (10.7 per attempt) with 14 touchdowns and only two interceptions for a tremendous quarterback rating of 188.57. Another superlative is that he had a nation's best 10.7 yards per pass attempt.

Other Tigers listed in the poll include wide receiver Mike Williams (#12T overall), defensive back Mackensie Alexander (#14 overall), wide receiver Artavis Scott (#16 overall), defensive end Shaq Lawson (#35T overall) and running back Wayne Gallman (#38 overall).

Florida State had the most players with nine in the poll while Clemson was second with six, followed by Virginia Tech (five) and Louisville (four).
