Terms of the deal were not disclosed but league sources have said that they believe the deal is around $19.9 million over four years. The deal also comes with a fifth-year club option for 2018. Watkins told the media after the signing: "It’s definitely a blessing," Watkins said. "For me it’s to come here and perform, get the playbook down and get bonded with the quarterback and the offense. At the end of the day it’s a blessing.
