The Bucs' biggest need lies at defensive end, but I expect rookie GM Jason Licht to attack that position in free agency, allowing Tampa to select its highest-rated player at No. 7. Watkins would be just that, giving sophomore quarterback Mike Glennon an embarrassment of supporting-cast riches as Vincent Jackson's bookend.
