will have a new NFL home shortly as at least seven suitors are vieing for his running back services in free agency according to Yahoo Sports.

The seven NFL teams are the New York Jets, New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions.

There are multiple reports that Spiller actually turned down a $4.5 million per year contract with the Bills' franchise and then subsequently the Bills' front office decided to trade for running back LeSean McCoy.

Spiller rushed 668 times for 3,321 yards (5,550 all-purpose yards) and 12 touchdowns during his time with the Bills.

The official free agency period for Spiller and the rest of the NFL will begin on Tuesday (March 10th) at 4 pm EST.

Spiller and his agent are looking for a contract in the five million per year or more range.
