Clemson's present and future collided with Clemson's storied past Monday evening when former head coach Danny Ford stopped by Dabo Swinney's high school camp and spoke briefly with quarterback
Deshaun Watson
Deshaun Watson Ford said he had just walked off the farm, and his muddy boots and jeans confirmed he had recently left his place in Pendleton. Ford immediately drew the attention of several former players - including defensive lineman Mark Drag - but saved his biggest smile for Watson. Watson was brought to meet Ford by a current Clemson staffer and former Ford assistant Woody McCorvey. Ford shook Watson's hand and said, "So, you're a pretty good player?"
