NC governor hangs Clemson flag after losing bet

#1 Clemson defeated #10 North Carolina 45-37 for the 2015 ACC Championship and by winning North Carolina Governor Pat McCory lost a bet to South Carolina governor Nikki Haley.

His punishment was to hang a large Clemson flag in his office (see pic below).

However, McCory still has sour grapes over the UNC loss because he placed a referee shirt and a small sign that says "offsides?" on his desk.
